    Hello,
    My name is Trinner Kabatange and I with HSBC Bank Canada as well as a committee member for the BC Children Hospital Foundation.
    I am writing to formally request your company’s donation for a silent auction/raffle items for the HSBC’s annual BC Children’s Hospital fundraiser. This year the fundraiser celebrates its 20th anniversary and it will be held on Friday May 25th at HSBC offices on 885 West Georgia Street. Last year the event attracted over 1000 attendees and raised over $51,000 for the BC Children’s Hospital.

    Your donation of any items (e.g. gift certificates, coupons, supplies, services) that could be utilized as Raffle Prizes/Silent Auction items would be greatly appreciated and I’d be happy to arrange a pick up.

    I want to thank you for the great coffee you guys made. I’ m new here in Vancouver and tried different coffeeshop but you are the best.
